STEP
A one half hour or 45 minute low-inpact step Aerobic class utilizing Reebok step and terminology.  Creative, exciting and fun!!!
All levels taught.
 

STEP CIRCUIT-3/2/1
A one-hour class begins with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by intervals of 3 minutes on the step and 1-2 minutes of cardio upper and lower Body sculpting.  5-10 minutes of stretching and cool down included.  This is a 2 in 1 workout.
Great for the member short on time!!!
 

LEARN THE MOVES OF KICKBOX
This easy to follow class shows you the basic moves of a kickbox class.  5 min warn-up followed with
5 min of stretches, then Sweat and learn.  Some light weights and bands are taught to help with strength.
 

FREAKY FRIDAY
The instructor will surprise you every time with a workout ranging from low impact Aerobics, total body toning, all cardio step, and a few surprises to keep you on your feet.  A 5 minute warm-up, ALL OUT cardio fun, 5-10 minutes of stretch and cool-down. 

YOGA
A hatha based yoga for all levels of experience. This class incorporates stretching, balance, and strength.  Sessions vary where strength and endurance are emphasized.  Others emphasis stretching and relaxation.  All classes have elements of both and almost anyone can participate in them. 

BASIC TAE-KWON-DO
This class lasts an hour and 15 minutes.  Includes cardio training with the basic technique of Tae-Kwon-Do to music.  Also included are Gluteus, abdominal work and a cooling down period.  (Basic technique if taught throughout).

DOUBLE STEP
This class uses 2 steps to work you a little harder.  Basic steps are taught until you get the feel.  If you think you know step?  Come try something new and have some fun!  We will sweat, sweat, sweat!!!
Twice as much fun as single step.


 

TOTAL ABS AND BACK/ABS & STRETCH
All abdomen classes begin with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 15 minutes of total abdomen work.  ABS & STRETCH ends with 10 minutes of stretching.  ABS & BACK ends with 5 minutes of essential back strengthening exercises.  All classes end with 5 minutes of stretching.

HI-LOW TONING BLAST
This class is ½ hour of low impact hi-low cardio moves to sweat the fat off.  Followed by ½ hour of upper and lower body toning to keep you burning fat all day long.

PILATES MATT/ABS-PILATES BALL & WEIGHTS
This new fitness craze is a core training class.  Using your core, pilates strengthens, lengthens, and tones your whole body without any machines.  Well trained instructors take you through the first 10 moves and beyond.  This class is for any fitness level.  (In the ball classes – a small sponge ball is used to help protect and challenge the core. ) Weights are also used to strengthen the muscles.

15 MINUTE ABS
This class gets the work done in 15 minutes.  This class is for the member who is short on time, but wants results.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
This one-hour class strengthens and tones your whole body with dumbbells, bands, balls & gets your heart rate up too!  We will focus on upper & lower body exercises to give you a complete workout in one class !!!

HALF & HALF
Get your entire workout in one class!!!
Half and hour of cardio fun.  And half and hour of upper and lower body sculpt.  This is for the member short on time, but needs a complete body workout.  Beginner to advanced technique is taught so any fitness level can attend.

 

STEP EASY – BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE
This half an hour step class includes a 5-min warm-up and 20 min of fat burning step, 5min cool-down.  Certainly not an easy class cardio wise.  But great for the beginner stepper needing to learn the moves.  Intermediate steppers can show off and sweat too!  Only a ½ hour!!!  Wow, how quick and easy can you get.
