LOW LEVEL WATER AEROBICS
A one hour class with a 5/10 minute
stretch and warm-up. Followed by
a 40 minute cardio training period
using flexibility and range of motion. Followed by 10 minutes using water
boards. Ending with a 10 minute stretch and cool-down.
SPLASH AND ABS
Forget what you think about water
aerobics!!!!!! This is a great work-out for someone looking for something
new and challenging. The class starts with a 10-minute warm-up and
stretching. Followed by a 20-minute cardio workout using the water
resistance to challenge you. We move onto water weights and noodles.
This helps with Toning, but we keep the heart rate going the whole time.
And as an added bonus we use the water boards for a great abdomen
workout. Finishing with a 5-minute stretch and cool-down. A mid level
workout, good for beginners, and a challenge for the fitness buff.
YOGA STRETCH AND TONE
This class
has the same basis as land yoga. It involves wonderful relaxing music.
Stretching and strengthening moves. A little meditation and relaxation
also!!! The water supports your body, and helps you move freely!!! A
great addition to any fitness program. This class is for beginners,
intermediate and advanced levels. We have added 10-15 minutes of light
cardio. Followed by weights, and finishing up with more stretching and
yoga. This is a low
impact class. |

H20 POWER HOUR
The first half an hour of this BRAND NEW CLASS
consists of all out cardo!!! Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced levels are
taught!! The second half of the class is an entire body workout using
noodles, kickboards, and weights. This great workout is topped off with a
relaxing stretch and cool-down to send you home a new person!!
AQUA CIRCUIT
This class combines intervals of mid to high level
cardio for 3 minutes and 1.5 minutes of weights. Stationary and traveling
movements are combined for and exciting workout. Followed by stretching
and yoga, to send you home relaxed and flexible.
CARDIO WALK ***BRAND NEW CLASS***
This class is low impact but high in intensity. You
will sweat and have fun. 5 min warm up. 30 min of high energy power
walking with motivating music. Great for any fitness level. Followed by
20 min of weights & abs. Finish up with 5 min of stretching.
